Refund Policy

Any cancellation's on Our (Electric Rainbow Entertainments) part due to HSE, poor weather strong winds for instance within 7 days advance notice:- No charge will be made any payments made can be used towards future bookings within 12 months off receipt off that payment. If the customer cancels 24 hours or less due to poor weather strong winds or a sick child or relative no charge will be made however If we have loaded or arrived to an event or party and weather or HSE prevents us from operating full payment is still required.

In the case of officially organised public events & advance payments have been received cancellation 24 hours or less 50 percent of the full fee will still be due 25 percent off which can be carried forward to a future event within 12 months off the original booking date,

Covid Pandemic Refund exceptions.

During this period off uncertainty please ensure you are happy to proceed with your booking, if for any reason government, local authority, legal changes etc. We at Electric Rainbow will hold your deposit, payments etc to be carried forward for a period of no more than 12 months from the original booking date for example "my sons birthday is the 12th Dec 2020" we will honour up to and including the 12th Dec 2021.
